About the Artist

Tyler Hanzel is an artist whose work explores repetition, geometry, and emergence through the disciplined act of drawing circles by hand. Using only a compass, ink, breath, time, and lots of love. In his practice of drawing circles he investigates how infinite complexity can arise from a single repeated form.
