  • International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

Packaging

Original artworks and prints are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If additional protective options are needed for high-value artworks, we may contact you.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final due to the limited or custom nature of artwork and prints.

  • If an item arrives damaged:

    • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

    • Include photos of the packaging and damage

    • We will replace the item (if possible) or provide a resolution

Lost Packages

If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the package and support you through the claim process.

Order Modifications

Orders cannot be changed once artwork has shipped, but you may contact us immediately if an address needs correction.
