Copyright Ownership

All artworks, images, designs, and text on this website are protected by copyright law and remain the intellectual property of the artist. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

It is strictly prohibited to copy, reproduce, print, publish, scan, photograph, modify, alter, trace, recreate, distribute, or produce derivative works of the artist’s work in any form, including digital, print, physical, NFT, AI training data, merchandise, or commercial media, without prior written permission from the artist.

Any unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, financial damages, and removal of the infringing material.

Personal Use

Buyers may display purchased artwork in their home, studio, or business. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute the artwork without written permission.

Commercial Use

  • Using artwork for logos, branding, merchandise, media, or promotional materials requires a separate licensing agreement.

Printmaking & Reproduction

Purchasing an original artwork does not grant rights to create prints, reproductions, NFTs, or digital products of the artwork.

Online Sharing

You are welcome to share photos of your purchased artwork online or on social media for personal enjoyment. Please give artist credit when possible by tagging or naming the artist.

AI Training & Machine Learning Clause

The artist’s work may not be used for training, feeding, scraping, referencing, modeling, generating, remixing, or developing any AI system, including machine learning, image generation, or dataset compilation.
Use in any artificial intelligence tool, software training, dataset, or algorithm requires a legally binding written license.

Blockchain, NFT & Digital Asset Clause

The artwork cannot be minted, tokenized, traded, sold, uploaded to blockchain networks, used in NFT marketplaces, or converted into digital assets without explicit written permission from the artist.

Unauthorized blockchain use will be pursued as both copyright infringement and commercial theft.
